All orders will be shipped via Australia Post Registered Express Post, for next-day delivery from dispatch, fully insured. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking number to track your parcel.

In-stock items will be dispatched within 1-3 business days. Stock on order will be dispatched within 5-10 business days.

A full refund will be given provided that:

The product(s) must be returned or exchanged within 30 days upon its/their receipt, and must be in the same saleable condition as when purchased;
The security seal on the tamper-evident security card must be intact
The product(s) must precisely match product data records;
All original Certificate(s) must be returned with the product(s) undamaged;

Refunds will be issued in the same method by which it was received, meaning the original form of payment. In the event of a refund, approved refunds will reflect the amount of the transaction as mentioned on the invoice provided by Australian Diamond Portfolio.

It is the responsibility of the customer to insure the product(s) against loss in transit & prepay all freight and handling charges.
