All Legacy Collection diamond orders are shipped out by certified postal service.

You do not have to pay any INSURANCE or EXTRA COVER as this service is provided by us complimentary until delivery.

We ship to all Australia & New Zealand postal addresses, excluding PO Boxes. We do not currently ship internationally.

All orders will be shipped via Australia Post Registered Express Post, for next-day delivery from dispatch, fully insured. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking number to track your parcel.

In-stock items will be dispatched within 1-3 business days. Stock on order will be dispatched within 5-10 business days.

 

COVID-19 UPDATE

Express Post service will continue to be the fastest postal delivery option for our customers, but please be aware that we are experiencing delays. While most parcels shipped via this service arrive on time, some could take 5 business days or more from dispatch to reach their destination. This change is due to delays to delivery services caused by the ongoing impacts of the coronavirus pandemic.

 

30 day risk-free returns

Products purchased from legacypinkdiamonds.com.au may be exchanged or returned for a full refund within 30 days of delivery.

Please note all returns are subject to an assurance inspection before they are accepted.

A full refund will be given provided that:

  • The product(s) must be returned or exchanged within 30 days upon its/their receipt, and must be in the same saleable condition as when purchased;
  • The security seal on the tamper-evident security card must be intact
  • The product(s) must precisely match product data records;
  • All original Certificate(s) must be returned with the product(s) undamaged;

Refunds will be issued in the same method by which it was received, meaning the original form of payment. In the event of a refund, approved refunds will reflect the amount of the transaction as mentioned on the invoice provided by Australian Diamond Portfolio.

It is the responsibility of the customer to insure the product(s) against loss in transit & prepay all freight and handling charges.
Australian Diamond Portfolio is not responsible for any product(s) that it does not actually receive, or that are not returned in accordance with the terms mentioned above.
